At Collection Club, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.

No Return Policy

All purchases made through Collection Club are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Unboxing Video (mandatory)

  • Clear Photos of the Product and Packaging

After verification, we may provide a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.

Non-Eligible Claims

Claims will not be accepted for:

  • Size or fitting issues

  • Change of mind

  • Color variations due to screen settings

  • Minor thread variations or packaging damage

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products without an unboxing video

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
